Despite being a fast-paced organisation that relied on a lot of consumer purchasing data, Coca-Cola HBC had no internal tool to run bespoke, targeted research to validate ideas and make decisions based on authentic consumer feedback.
This was built on three primary goals. Firstly, to build a community unique to their target market that would be a competitive advantage for them once captured. Secondly, to outline the primary areas that they were lacking research and insight, so every question launched was sculpted from this. Finally, it was providing the training and support needed to use the Bounce platform with confidence and make sense of the data being collected.
Coca-Cola HBC haS been using the platform since June 2021, and has conducted research across a lot of their brands, primarily focused on understanding and tracking consumer behaviour changes.
