Despite being a fast-paced organisation that relied on a lot of consumer purchasing data, Coca-Cola HBC had no internal tool to run bespoke, targeted research to validate their ideas and make informed decisions based on authentic consumer feedback.

Bounce built a bespoke respondent community unique to Coca-Cola HBC’s target market. This community consisted of a nationally representative sample with added consumer behaviour targeting that ensured Coca-Cola HBC asked the right questions, to the right people, at the right time.
The team at Bounce helped Coca-Cola HBC design and script their research which meant that their internal insights team could dedicate more time to understanding and actioning the insights uncovered.
