Most rewards can be redeemed instantly and all cash rewards are transferred within one working day.

Our bundles are released as needed by our clients, however, we aim to provide our users with at least one survey each week and often more! Please ensure push notifications are enabled for the Bounce app in order to be notified of future bundle opportunities.

Bundles are released on a first come first serve basis and unfortunately sometimes by the time you click a notification the bundle has become full.

We try our best to stagger the sending of these push notifications so as to avoid users being disappointed when the bundle is no longer available but unfortunately this is sometimes out of our control.

We automatically flag responses that may be of bad quality (e.g. the bundle was completed too quickly or the response contained profanity or gibberish) a member of our team will review all of the flagged responses and remove any unwarranted flags.

You can expect all sold out rewards to be back in stock by the following week.

If you wish to delete your data for any reason, you may submit a data deletion request to issue a request for its deletion from our databases.

To submit a request simply email us at admin@bounceinsights.com with the subject title “Data Deletion Request”. Make sure to include your phone number and email address of your account in the body of your email.

We will remove all data associated with your account upon receipt of a request.
