The Public House have created a Youth Mobile Community consisting of 16-24 year-olds across Ireland giving their opinions and ideas on the mobile network brand, 48. This allows them to run a monthly tracker to help them keep on the pulse of their target audience.

The Public House wanted a way to truly collaborate with and co-create with Gen Z. They needed a quick and effective way of conducting a monthly check-in with 48’s key demographic and gauge what the mood and thoughts of this age cohort are in general and on their current mobile providers to help inform the brand and comms of 48.
We were able to set up a community across Ireland for the Public House team. Agencies, due to their nature, can require many different types of research – from pre-and post-campaign, creative testing to consumer behaviour trackers and pitch research. We were able to support the Public House across all of these research types, making it as seamless and as easy as possible to capture essential consumer research in a matter of hours.
The Public House have been using the Bounce Platform since July 2021 and have been carrying out their monthly consumer behaviour tracker on behalf of 48, and many other ad hoc projects since then. We are delighted to continue this relationship with The Public House team going into 2022.
