The Public House needed a way to connect and understand Gen Z consumers. They required a quick and effective solution for conducting regular check-ins with this demographic to gauge how their behaviours and preferences are changing in real-time. That’s where Bounce came in.

Use Cases
Survey Design, Research Community, Consumer Behaviour Tracker
For some agencies and brands, a key demographic is younger consumers and they need regular access to them in order to understand their thoughts, pain points and behaviours. Ultimately so that they can make more informed decisions.
The Public House wanted a way to truly collaborate and co-create with Gen Z consumers. They needed a quick and effective way of conducting a monthly check-in with their key demographic (Gen Z on the 48 mobile network) and gauge what the mood and thoughts of this cohort were in general.
The Public House along with 48 needed to engage with Gen Z, a key demographic for 48. They also needed to reach them in the most quick and efficient way possible as they can use these insights and information to help more informed decisions on the 48 offering.
Bounce set up a community on behalf of The Public House and for 48 which consisted of Gen Z consumers across Ireland. This community was available to The Public House to access whenever they need to gain feedback and insights on 48’s messaging, offering or campaigns.
The Public House is also a long standing customer of their own accord. Agencies, due to their nature, can require many different types of research – from pre-and post-campaign, creative testing to consumer behaviour trackers and pitch research. We were able to support the Public House across all of these research types, making it as seamless and as easy as possible to capture essential consumer research in a matter of hours.
The Public House is now able to access the 48’s key demographic whenever they need it, along with conducting various other research projects for their other clients through the Bounce platform, and with the help of our Account Management Team. The team at the Public House are a dream to work with and we always look to collaborating with them on their projects
Since July 2021, the Public House have used Bounce to conduct their monthly consumer behavior tracker on behalf of 48, as well as numerous other ad hoc projects. Along with these quick turnaround times, our Account Management team has always been on hand to help and assist the Public House in their projects to ensure that they are getting the best data and information for their clients.
This is what The Public House had to say:
It's great to work with such a smart and ambitious team at Bounce Insights. They've brought a fresh new approach to research which has made the whole process a lot quicker, simpler and more affordable for us.
