Bounce Insights was born from a desire to make consumer research smarter, faster and more cost effective.
Bounce Insights was founded in 2019 while attempting to understand the viability of another startup concept. While testing that concept for product fit & financing, our founding team discovered just how difficult it was to capture feedback you could trust. Traditional research solutions were slow, expensive and disconnected from real consumers. They knew that it could be done better & so began the initial design of Bounce Insights.
After months of iterating on different solutions, Bounce Insights launched as a technology platform that would provide a direct link between brands and any consumer they needed to speak to by maintaining a community of active, engaged respondents via a native mobile app. Our respondent-first approach allowed us to deliver on the mission of making consumer research easy, fast and cost-effective for any brand.
Traditional consumer research solutions rely on outdated technology and expensive service models to reach, engage and capture insights from consumers around the world. This has led to robust, but expensive & slow research outcomes.
The wave of Research Technology companies in the past decade have focused on putting “self-service” tools in the hands of business decision-makers across a range of functions.
